The Expert

Hey there! I'm Liz. I'm a consultant, coach, trainer, educator, and student and I believe the intersection of learning & leadership can be truly magical.

For the last decade I've built, managed and facilitated high potential leadership programs, manager assessment centers, in-house coaching programs, virtual learning curriculums, and experiential capstone experiences for clients including the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, United Rentals, and Spotify. 

As a doctoral student in learning & leadership at Columbia University and faculty at Northeastern University, my work and my teachings are grounded in cutting edge research and proven scientific methodologies. I can't wait to share them with you.

The FAQs

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for professionals who are ready to elevate the way they think about, design, and implement learning experiences for clients and employees. This program is specifically designed for human resources and learning & development professionals, consultants, trainers and coaches.

When does this program begin?

The program begins on Wednesday, November 1st. Access to Module 1 will open on this date.

When are the group sessions?

All group sessions will be held live & virtually twice per month on Wednesdays from 12-2pm. The first group session will take place on Wednesday, November 8th. If you are unable to attend a live session, you will have access to the recording.

When are the 1:1 sessions?

If you sign up for the premiere experience, upon registration you will receive a link to schedule you four 1:1 coaching/consulting sessions. These sessions can be scheduled based on your convenience and can be used up to 6 months beyond the end date of the program.

When do I get access to the training modules?

You will receive access to the training modules on a bimonthly schedule, on alternating Wednesdays with the group sessions. Module 1 will be available on 11/1, Group Session 1 will take place on 11/8, etc.
